Re: Juicing with Goji Juice?Juice not practical/smoothies yes!

Goji berries are dried for long term storage and shipping reasons. The berries have one of the best nutrient profiles.Foods dont heal the body, but food gives the body what it needs to potentialy heal itself.I like makeing supersmoothies which incorperates some superfoods. This requires a highpower blender of at least 2hp.I start with 3cups purified water chilled.Add a hand full of parsley,1-2 kale leaves,1tsp.macca,1tsp.beepollen,3tbls.honey,1cup blueberry,1cup goji berri,1tbls.rice protein.Blend for 30-50sec.Very sweet to the palate and nutrient dense. The goji berry is Great for snacking like most dried foods. The drawback is logistics, imports are always pricey. If you purchase in bulk through a coop or bulk goods distributer you can get a good deal.Good luck and happy juiceing!!
