Day 13, Bay-bee!!!!!

(I'm down here in coastal Texas, waiting for the cold weather to hit. Any minute now....) This has been my easiest of my 4 forays into the cleanse. I cannot believe how good I am feeling. I, too, am trying to just listen to my body.

Usually, food cravings are my biggest problem. Thankfully, this time around has not been too bad. I think part of it may be because I'm sticking strictly to the plan. (I've also been staying away from my parents as much as possible.) I think I have a hit of craving as a layer of gunk sloughs off. Such as, out of no where I suddenly think, "Mmmm...enchilada," and I don't even know when was the last time I had an enchilada.

I'vd dropped about 12 lbs. of gunk, deflated a little bit. I had some MASSIVE toxin releases (a.k.a. Where'd that crap come from?) days 6-7-8, and things seem to have keeled out for a while. I also think I've FINALLY figured out how I need to to the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for my body. (Thank GOD! It keeps the mid-day intestinal cramps away.) I also see my flexibility starting to come back.

How long will I be going? I'm not saying. I don't want to set myself up for what I would interpret as "failure". But there's a dream in my head that sees me going 'til the end of the month. I am really excited about playing with my new low-end juicer, though....
