I have been doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as directed but this morning I tried it drinking 2 cups of water with 2 t. and then drinking a glass of warer afterward and worked much faster and a little stronger but I felt like I could not keep it down for a moment. When I take the tea at night I have to take it no later than 7:00 pm because it starts working
I do not think I could sleep if I took it before bed. And I get more of a movement from the tea I might try it tomorrow morning, doing the swf its mostly just but pee. I at day 7 and I only have time to go to 10 any thought on Bentonite to junk out?
