Hi Southern Belle,

I use 3 drops in my oil. I put it in a tablespoon
and then stir it with my finger just a tad so the
oil is diluted by the sesame carrier oil. Your
mouth will adjust. I tried 5 drops but it was still
too much. The oil *blistered* my mouth~~!
