you're doing really well, are you doing juices or water and how much weight have you lost? also do you feel very re-energised? i'm hoping to do a long term fast starting saturday because just at the moment i feel terrible. i'm devoid of enthusiasm and energy, and i just feel listless, lethargic and apathetic....i'm totally not relishing going through the first 3 days. at what point did you start to feel better, cause i know it gets worse before it gets better lol!
