Gosh, I just get so nervous about breaking the fast and thinking about how my body will react. I hope you're right.
Remember my college graduation will be 7 days after I break the fast, and my concern is that I feel fine on that day and that I'll be able to have a normal lunch with my family without feeling ill! Of course I'll keep in mind to eat on the light side, but I'll probably have a couple of glasses of wine and some cheese and I'm terrified of felling terribly ill a few hours later! Or even felling bloated! I just don't want to feel uncomfortable on such a special day for me.
That's why I'm asking all these awkward questions! :p
BTW, on what day should I start having the yogurt?
