Hi HCM, try this, 4 cups hulled raw pumpkin seeds, 2 tbls. Sea Salt , 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste with you guys!), filtered water. Dissolve salt in water and add pumpkin seeds and cayenne. Leave in a warm place for at least 7 hrs or overnight. Drain in a colander and spread on stainless steel baking pan. Place in a warm oven (no more than 150 degreess) for about 12 hrs or overnight, turning occasionally, until throughly dry and crip. Store in an airtight container.
This helps break down any enzyme inhibitors and salt in soaking water activates enzymes that neutralize enzyme inhibitors.
These are really good, I don't get up during the night to occasionally turn!, but still works!
