I'm on the 9th day as well and it's been tough but hang on there! Iím sure that tomorrow you'll feel better. For example yesterday (8th day) I felt like crap but today when I woke up I felt much better. This is a great way to challenge your will power and after you finish your personal time goal I'm sure you'll feel happier, more satisfied and healthier.
I've had a hard time pushing myself to keep on with the MC. It's not easy but it's worth it!
Try not to put your body under pressure. Take it easy, have a hot shower, put some comfy clothes on, prepare yourself some peppermint tea and watch a movie.
