Thanks for the reply. After spending 10 years in post-secondary education, I knew enough by then that some things didn't add up as far as diet and performance went. I just happened to read an article that caught my attention at the right time, when I was ready to accept it.
Don't let anybody tell you that you can't gain muscle while on the warrior diet. I was 6' 2", 150 lbs. after my competitive running day were over...now I'm 230 lbs. and hydrostatically assessed at about 9% Body fat. That took about 7 years to do. Good luck to you and your goals.
