To upload and post a picture on your message follow these steps:

First click on the link "Peeling Lips Image Gallery" at the top right page.

Click on "Upload files to this directory".

Click "Browse"  find the picture on your hard drive and upload it.

Go back to the picture gallery and find your image.

You will see a field that says "Large" under your image.

Copy that hyperlink from the "Large" or "Small" field.

When you post a message, click on FCK editor.

Click on the button "Insert image" (one that looks like a mountain).

On the URL field, paste the hyperlink from the "Large" field that you copied.

Your picture should show up on your message.
