Try a google search...actually on Ask Curezone there were two seperate post threads on this recently. Look at White Tigers posts, and you'll find the recipe in there. I also posted something on this very recently.

I have been buying mine from Juniper Ridge because I live in a city, and I don't know if the trees have been sprayed. I saw this same tea at my local Whole Foods, but I know it is not in all of them.

You can use any pine three, and you steep the needles. Very easy stuff.
