corn vs. birch

One can find a source that backs up whatever it is they want to believe...Please don't get me wrong...but there are as many *pro* corn resources as there are *anti*

here's one:

Now, if one is using non-GMO corn, what's wrong with that? Sugar is Sugar is sugar, isn't it? Or should I say Sugar alcohol is sugar alcohol... Now, I've never researched xylitol beyond the health benefits. I do notice that advertisers say that it CAN come from "plums, berries...". I can see that that most likely is an advertising gimmick.

If there is no difference in the quality of the product, I say use the product that comes from a more renewable resource. Is there a difference in the quality of the product?

& I certainly do know what you mean about corn in general. The corn of today is a far cry from the nutritious food it was not that long ago.
