I was looking for a site (lately) that discusses this exact topic and actually found it by accident! I've been on the Warrior Diet since January 2000, shortly after the article in Testosterone Magazine. Buying the book when it came out, I adjusted some tenets of what I had been doing and have not looked back since. I don't want to turn this into an autobiography, but I did want to mention that very recently, Dragon Door no longer will be selling any more Warrior Diet materials. If the information listed by Ori Hofmekler is still there, you should get it now. Ivillage.com has a synopsis of the diet if you are interested. Having been on it for some time now, I may be able to offer my experiences. I also have a degree in Human Kinetics (exercise Science and physiology).
Seeing people succeed at this is alot of fun for me, since sometimes it feels like being a voice in the wilderness, so to speak. Have got a number of articles that may prove useful to anybody interested.
