ozonated water and the body (newbie asking)

I wonder how ozone works in the body if you drink ozonated water. Where does it go once you drink that glass? Is it absorbed in the blood directly or is it "destroyed" in the instines? How far down the intestines does it go? Does it go thru the liver and help detoxification? Does the ozone/oxygen go thru every organ if it's transported with blood?
