Celiac Disease and Vegetarian

I do not have GERD, but I guess this topic falls under Gastrointerology.

My doctor is pretty sure that my long term mystery GI/neuro illnesses are caused from Celiac Disease. Great news, considering how bad the disease is! Slight problem, however... Celiac disease means cutting out all wheat, gluten, rye, and barley from my diet - forever. It's the only treatment. However. I'm a lacto-ovo-vegan, or you could just call me a vegetarian. I do not eat meat or fish, and I avoid eggs. This does not leave me with very many options, now since I can't eat anything with wheat or gluten etc., either. Does anyone have any suggestions?
