Salt water solution is not too good for deep cleansing the bowels, which is what you are trying to do. For this purpose, I take a series enema of 4 to 6 quarts of soapsuds. This could entail taking as many as 5 or 6 enemas so that you take all of the 4 or more quarts. It is also essential that each subsequent enema is larger than the previous. When you are done with this, you should be pretty clean. You should end this series with 1 or more salt water enemas. You should run clear.
