Will release EVER be CLEAR????

I am doing salt water enemas (sea salt) and taking in an entire bag......I can hold for a few minutes before release...my question is this...the water is always VERY dirty which tells me that I am cleaning my colon...but it also makes me feel as though I should do another enema and I want to know if you are supposed to just keep continuing until the water released is somewhat clear? And does it EVER run clear? I feel like I am doing a good job at removing waste because it is clearly coming out...but when is enough, enough? I don't feel like I'll ever feel clean until I see some clear water released? Thanks for any help!!!!! Tweet
