FWD: hey North Coast Man!
(ive just copy and pasted this from where i originally wrote it a couple of pages back!) Sorry for the late reply! i have been away from curezone for quite some time but have just started to get back into the old habit during my xmas break!
ive found myself forgetting quite alot of stuff so im having to recap over my old mesages etc!
i purchased the whey protein from powerhealth in the u.k and have been buying from them eversince... the ingredients are the same as the whey you suggested to me... just whey powder and lecithin... brilliant! It is also ALL ISOLATE not concentrate... so the percentage of protein is higher and the fat and lactose content is lower than with whey protein CONCENTRATE. been at the gym for about 2 months now and have packed on some nice muscle... im gettin to the stage now where i have to mix my routine up abit to stop myself from plateauing! im still having trouble with my diet tho... obviously i need good quality carbs and proteins but i have no imagination on what form these might take when in meal form!?!? what kind of dinners etc do u have? plus im thinking of buying some good oils to mix with my hemp protein shakes that i take on my off training days. i want a really lean body...so if i cut out as much as possible all the bad fats and include the good fats like hemp flax olive pumkin coconut etc i am hoping to achieve a lean ripped figure!
ive got alot of planning to do actually becuase i let myself go abit at uni and feel i need to undergo some bowel cleansing again and start from scratch... oxy then P&B then get back onto doing my 2nd L.F.
i hope i dont loose any muscle mass whilst cleansing as this was my initial thoughts...last time i cleansed i lost alot of weight and this time round i cant afford to...not after putting it on through a lot of hard worked hours at the gym! i guess as long as i eat good quality heahtly fresh foods that give my body what it needs to repair after training i should in fact see greater gains...possibly?!
anyway thats enough writing for now!
hope to hear from u soon
