Being primarily politically motivated, I'd suggest Gore is blaming his adversarial party's policies on global warming, not the public.

Gore knows the truth (whether its conspiracy or natural earth cycles who knows), it's just that he's sold his soul (like so many) for political power and/or vengeance. Tweet
