OP and amalgams OP and amalgams

Hi everyome

When I visited this site a few weeks ago, I was advised that if I had Amalgam fillings that it was not a good idea for me to oil pull. I would really like to do this, as all reports seem to be positive.

Can anyone give me more information about the problem with OP with amalgams, or point me to a website giving more info?
