Scissors and razor blades inside

I dont know what is going on, but yesterday when I woke up I had the worst pain ever, ebverywhere! My pancreas, liver and intestines felt like they have been cutted with razor blades and scissors, or like I would have swallowed lots of shattered glass.
I don't know if its because I ate some papaya (antiparasitic) accidently or if the critters are dying from the cleanse or just moving around to deliberately make me miserable?
I still have the pains today, "shattered glass". this is so scary :( I hope that they will leave soon, out out out. Im not eating any other food accept garlic, cayenne, cloves, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, apples, pineapple, papaya and tons of veggiejuices.

I never had this with my last cleanse.
