I have a sensitive system, too, and Liver Flushes usually knock me out and almost seem counterproductive. I can take 1 TBLS of lemon juice and 1 TBLS of olive oil without any difficulty, but any more than that and I get sick. One site that I was reading and actually buying their herbs said that you really have to support your digestion before, during, and after flushing. I took their herbs, and as usual, they helped for awhile and then I ended up getting so sick that I missed a week of work. My husband does a Liver Flush and gets up the next morning and goes to work. That always amazes me. Yes, I think the kelp will help your thyroid and maybe that in turn will help your liver. That's probably backwards Chinese thinking, but the thyroid helps digestion and metabolism, so it will help your body not to store undigested toxins, which in turn will make it easier on your liver.
