Liver pain

Last night I could'nt sleep. My liver started to hurt in the middle of the night, it felt like something was biting/pinching my liver from the inside. Like needles. Or maybe I just felt it since I was awake, maybe "they" do this every night?
And I still feel this today, it hurts soo bad, and the biting/pinching is still there.
Why are "they" so stubborn? There is no way that I have made them resistant, the only parasite cleanse I did was HUumaworm 6 months ago.
Can I do antoher one in 3-4 months, I guess that I won't win the battle this time.
