Re: Wow!
Figured you had already considered that, Mama. Hoped you had a line on a different kind of dentist.
Wouldn't THAT be a coup!
That's why I referred to 'Plan B'.
You are just the age I was when I went deeply into debt and commitment and the most horrendous learning experience of my life.
Luckily, I could handle it, but, unluckily, it cost me grievously.
Moral? Start small, and build.
You are, first and foremost, a mother. Nothing you will ever do is more important than that.
But I also know that this idea, should it not fly, will always be on your back burner.
That's how you are made.
Too, it will be joined by all your good ideas yet to come. That is also in your nature.
If you can't do a thing today, you'll see another opportunity tomorrow.
You need somethng to do about these ideas every day.
Even if you just get yourself some scribblers and do some investigative work, or just imagine scenarios, and try to put them into the daily activities you'd be doing, if they came true.
When you have time, take a parttime job helping someone else realize their dream.
Believe me, as you can see, they are out there praying that you exist.
...........
Gosh! I've got goosebumps. Just listening (for my first time) to Audra McDonald...in concert with the New York Philharmonic.
'May you always be a dreamer...' and 'Auld Lang Syne'.
Lena Horne, Judy, Barbra, Julie Andrews, and more, including the special Audrey Hepburn, my beautiful Hap, bless her heart.
The world is truly wonderful.
The best in 2007, everyone.
Fledgling
