MH, I understand how it works. I'm doing things slowly because I can't handle everything at once. Today, was 2 cups of coffee instead of the usual 2 1/2 - 3 and tomorrow, day 4, I'm shooting for 1 1/2. Next month, I'll be stronger physically and more in control of more bad habits ... I'm getting there!!!!
Fasting is exhausting for me ... all i want to do is sleep.
