Things in stool

to sum this up, I have been doing enemas every other day before taking the morning dose. Today I collected lots of sesame looking seeds, small, beige and rock hard with the shape of a sesame seed/kidney shape.
And I got out some "rolled" tomato skins.
I feel like I have a zoo in there.
Which parasite lays these eggs?

I hope it not some hard parasite to get rid of, gosh :(
