you down with OP(P)?

My husband and I are visiting my family for Christmas, and they keep talking about how white my teeth are. So, that's really cool. Other than the one molar that has noticeably lightened, I hadn't realized that my other teeth had improved, but since they haven't seen me since before oil pulling, they can really see a difference. My mom and my sister are really interested in oil pulling now!

A couple weeks ago I noticed that I don't like sweets nearly as much as I used to. At work they had two whole tables of Christmas goodies, and while I still enjoyed the salty snacks quite a bit, I almost had to force myself to take a cookie or two; the sweets just weren't very appetizing, and even when I had them, they didn't taste very good to me. That was a surprising consequence of oil pulling (I'm not doing any other health protocols or anything, so it has to be the OP).

Also, my heels aren't dry & cracking like they used to always be.

Hooray!

Another note, though - I had been brushing with baking soda for the past couple months, and since I'm not at home, I've been brushing with fluoride toothpaste. If I pull right after brushing teeth, the pull just doesn't feel as good - the inside of my mouth feels like it's coated, and the oil feels kind of like it's just balling up like liquid mercury, rather than getting good contact with the membranes of my mouth. It's probably the glycerin in the paste. I'm switching back to baking soda when I get home.
