Re: My problem with the WD
Im not really willing to cut down on the cardio. I have a lung disease (cystic fibrosis) and the running is what keeps me feeling healthy and expelling the mucus. Also, i've noticed that since i have started running that I have not lost any weight.
So the running deffinately stays.
So after the holidays i did a 2 day fresh orange juice fast and then ate normal for 1 day and then when i worked out tonight i noticed my strength was incredible! I was probably about 25 percent stronger for some reason. I think this whole fasting/feasting thing might have something to it. I'm just the kind of person that needs alot of assurance before i dive into something but once i do, i go all out!
I also only lost 2
pounds from not eating for 2 days. I've been realizing lately that the calorie thing doesnt really have much to do with how much I weigh. My weight will ONLY go up if i train very hard and gain muscle.
Thanks for the info NCMan and i would never eat your meal.... while you were watching. I'd wait for you to go to the bathroom hehe
