I've always been the skinniest guy around and the one who eats the most. When we go out to a meal I eat all my food and finish everybody else's. I eat probable 3 times more than the average person and I eat all day long. I work out hard and do cardio about 4 times a week. My metabolizm burns food like a steam engine.
My problem with this diet is that I feel like I would loose alot of weight if I didnt eat as much. I cant really afford to loose any weight as I am skinny to begin with. What I need is a diet that will help me bulk up and put on muscle and gain strength.
