I have done 2 short fasts so far, and they have gone great...gained less than half back after I broke the fast and went onto regular food after a day or so. Felt better than I had in a while after feeling like I had flushed all those toxins away- you know - the french fries, hamburgers and chocolate bars...hehehe...trying to lighten things up! Anyways. Did pretty good with Christmas, but feeling its time to do another short fast. I did one the begin. of Nov., and one the end of Nov., begin. of Dec. so I am here to do another one, my 3rd- just 5 days this time until New Years, then perhaps after New Years I will decide if I am ready for a long haul as I hear many of you going on. It is inspirational to have so much support, and know that others are going through the same things.
