My wife has suffered from tendonitis for many years. Any kind of repetitive action
brings it on. She is 45 and also has mild osteo. She has taken what I think of as a good calcium (hydroxyapatite) for a few years with no further loss in bone as confirmed
by a follow up scan. As far as D goes....she takes it serarately as a little more
than the recommended dosage as we don`t get a lot of sun up here.....

Any ideas what causes these calcifications and what to do about it.
Oh, she is also on a good multimineral the last two years, but still no relief
from the tendonitis. Our diet is excellent and she consumes very little sugar and has no vices to speak of.....
