Suma sumarum, drinking a little (2-3 oz) of water with a meal is not harmulf to digestion, but is advised if you take supps? In meals that don't feature a soup that is. Also, would Kefir be considered liquid enough to replace water for supplements digesion?
When i take supps with water only (and it's tricky beacue different brands have different advices for the same supplement, ie some advise a meal with vit c, others just water) i can often sort of feel the taste of the pills i swalowed as they are digested. I guess only herbs go on an empty stomach.
