How important is to drink water at exactly the same moment you take herbal or vitamin/mineral supplements? Is the water at that exact time essential, or taken just as a precaution in case you don't have enough moisture in your body? Will the body supply enough water on it's own for all the supplements to be digestted?
The reason i'm asking is that i normaly take my supllments with a meal. As such, it is unhealty so drink water aprox. half an hour prior to the meal, and and an hout after a meal. So i take my supplements with a meal with no water, but make sure i drink a lot of water during the day, at least a quart. Is that ok?
