Re: YES!!

It seemed like it took maybe two months of faithfully using it. On food, in all my water etc. I liked the taste of it and my body really needed it. But then I thought I was fine and I stopped and after two weeks I was in horrible shape. But it did not occur to me for many more weeks that is was because of the sodium. I am finding it takes months again to build it back to where my symptoms seem to go away.

I put Sea Salt in all my drinking water too. The theory here is that drinking plain water will only wash the sodium from body again. Which is exactly why I think that it takes months to build but only two weeks to mess it up when you stop using sodium. I did not even stop using salt completely , just stopped adding it to my water. And not only was I missing the salt I would have put in my water, but the plain water washed out the sodium I had built up. That is exactly what is seems like to me. And I have since read that can happen with hypoadrenia ( adrenal fatigue) So it could be a year or longer of doing this.

Actually I would think one would have to do it until they are completely over candida since stopping otherwise will put you in the same deficient state.
