I finished humaworm two weeks ago. One week ago I did a liver flush and not much came out.

This morning I noticed a dead liver fluke in the toilet. Why are they still inside me? Shouldn't they all have been killed and evacuated when I was on humaworm two weeks ago?

Please advise.
