Oxy powders are a little too slow working, an enema will wash you out good in seconds! :) You can do just a small one to start out with, 1-2 cup plain water with some sea salt added to soften the water (important 1tsp of salt per quart of water). When your colon gets used to it you can insert as much as 1-2 quarts of water. The day after the flush I do several enemas one after another, usually with 2 quarts each time and the stones are being pulled out by the water instantly. Afterwards I take a fibershake (Dr. Shulze is good, just be careful with the cascara sagrade and senna that are pretty strong laxatives not to be take over a long period of time) to trap the remaining bile and toxins. A few hours later I do 1-2 more enemas, preferably in the evening so that the fiber shake have had time to travel thru the gut. And this will ensure that all the toxic stones and bile is out.
The next two days I do 1 enema in the morning and continue to eat fibershakes thruout the day.

IV stand is not necessary, you can just hang the bag on a door knob or something similar.

Try do to a parasite cleanse inbetween some of your flushes, there can be parasites in the liver even! I never thought that could be possible until one day when I saw some come out after a liver flush.. creepy, I know! :)
