Thanks, Amominhim

That's an interesting program, and it may come in handy one day.

I particularly like your bone broth, and I know someone who will try it immediately.

The gelatin you refer to comes from the bones, doesn't it? I will assume so, unless you tell me differently.

When my husband awoke with vertigo, one morning, and was nauseous and spitting up, though he hadn't eaten anything, on instinct I gave him a bit of mild soup quickly made from...

Water, some celery, and bits of ginger, garlic, celtic salt, and the tiniest bit of cayenne. Perhaps there was some onion in there, too.

I put only about a cupful in a small pitcher with a very curly spout, and he was able to sip it without much movement. He did remark it was spicy hot, I suppose because his mouth and throat were tender. I ate the rest and didn't find it so.

The broth stopped his upset stomach, immediately, though he took only about a half cup.

A long time ago a neighbor told me that one of her sons was allergic to everything, as a baby. The only things he could eat were lamb and squash. She says that she got so she could hardly look lamb and squash in the eye anymore.

We heard of a baby who could only tolerate watermelon, many years ago. It was flown in for him from the southern U.S.

Somehow I feel that very plain food is good for us during times of stress.

Thanks again.
