After posting earlier and reading bettas message about chicken I saw that the diet included meat and I was craving meat like crazy. so I ate 4 oz of lean ground beef, I wanted to eat the entire pound after I was finished, but I know that would probably be really bad. I also had a small portion of asparagus, garlic, and butter, and some broccoli. It made me really tired and I fell asleep for about 15 minutes. I feel only slightly worse, but the good news is.........I'm not craving meat, even though I haven't had much of an appetite, so I think my bod assimilated some of the nutrients. I have few packets of super greens I found, mostly barley juice powder, i'm going to down one of those when my stomach empties. I've tried drinking raw coconut juice and that gave me the same type reaction that everything else does.
I'm going to go and buy the herbs for the herbal liver flush. I'm very poor but I can get a small amount of each of those herbs from my local health food store. They probably have all of them in their bulk section. I'm also going to go buy an onion and make some french onion soup for tonight.
