Has anyone actually had real results?

There are always people on here who have tried something for a week or 3 days and claim they have found a cure for their acne. But, they never post again, so other people reading the forums never actually find out if their cure worked. So I would like to make this thread for people who have actually found cures and have been Acne free for a considerable amount of time (more than a month).
