Setting minerals in balance
I thought I was there... I like to believe I was. It is so essential to set the mineral in balance in order to cure candida. But then
I started having this upper-back shoulder pain again. I took liver support supplements and went regularly to see the chiropractician. Which helped a lot. But week after week the back pain came back and I needed to go again.
I knew it could not be magnesium deficiency. I take just about 700 mg/day AND I get 3 regular bm so the mag was alright. It turned out that I had a deficiency in sodium. I just started to supplement and my back pain has disappeared.
Not only that but I do not need as many hours of sleep as before and I never felt so good.
FINALLY my minerals are in balance.
I have no words to say how healthy I feel. Well, I keep doing a lot of exercise (1 hour/day), detox baths and coffee enemas, which also help, BUT I am so energetic so much on top of things.
I used to have severe leg cramps - way back - when I was highly deficinet in calcium and magnesium. Now I finally came to set them all in balance and I feel so very healthy.
