I'm on day 30 and today and yesterday, I tried to go out for a run. I got about a 1/2 a mile and started to get a bad stomach cramp. It was not runner's cramp. It seemed to start from right under my right rib cage and go all the way across to my left rib cage. It got so bad that it didn't stop until I laid down for a few minutes. It kind of left me without any desire to eat or drink, not even lemonade which I've grown quite fond of.
Yesterday, I was able to do my other exercise (situps, pullups, dips etc...) without a problem, so it's not an energy problem.
I just had an elimination with lots of white mucous in it, kinda wierd, after drinking some water.
