Morning ES question

Fot my last two flushes, I have foregone the morning ES doeses, since I'm running to the bathroom until noon even without them. Am I doing myself harm? Do I need the morning ES doses to fully do a liver flush?

I used to think that we took them only to help us go to the bathroom, and the evening ES doses keep me going until noon anyways....
