Re: Lecithin

Yes my dear, not essential as an additive cuz we can make it ourselves...

"I mean, in what circumstances would we be so short of "...sufficient Essential Fatty Acids, choline and phosphate...present in the foods we eat", that our livers would NOT be making enough lecithin"

There are all sorts of conditions that arise as a result of lack of EFA's..I believe you saw FF's post below? And the SAD is so chock-full of BAD(man-manipulated) fats and so short on GOOD (natural-unrefined seed, nut, vegetable oils AND fats of animal origin) that I'm sure it's all too common. Now...direct results of lecithin deficiency? I dunno...I'm still in the bottom of this particulat learning curve:)

Choline? Phosphate? mmmm....google? :)

:) Did that help a bit, m'dear? I hope so cuz me sleepy.....I also left a long winded reply to you in the Liver-Flush forum...I'm losing my voice...I mean my fingers are tired........zzzzzzzzz..... :)
