Re: Lecithin

(i KNOW i love you...and that blue dress suits you so well...makes your eyes sparkle.)

Okay...now I'm guessing, but could dear Udo have meant that lecithin (as offered commercially), is NOT necessary as an ADDITIVE to our diets???

I mean, in what circumstances would we be so short of "...sufficient Essential Fatty Acids, choline and phosphate...present in the foods we eat", that our livers would NOT be making enough lecithin, which IS essential to every cell in our bodies (as I understand from some sites I read) that we would NEED to SUPPLEMENT it...from soy beans?

...Essential Fatty Acids = good fats, unaltered???

...Choline = ???

...Phosphate = ??? (Isn't that something they put in soap?)

IF, if someone feels we need to supplement lecithin (as witness industries), they know something we don't, about the content of the food on our tables.

OR, someone is pulling our legs.

My liver wants to know! In fact, it aches to know!
