Also, Imalurnin just posted a link to a PDF of an OP booklet...One of the most fascinating things I found was the presentation of the homeopathic "Like cures like" as regards the oil-pulling therapy...Now if most of our diseases of "civilization" have as a common causative factor fatty degeneration of one sort or another...would it be that far-fetched that oil-pulling DOES stimulate healing?
