If I were you I'd abandon the Threelac. It's too weak and too expensive. I used it for maybe 6-8 months. After a minor feeling of improvement after a couple weeks I saw no real improvement. Threelac is primarily a probiotic, but I bought it because of the other types of bacteria in it that supposedly attack the candida. And it is also supposed to make it to the gut beter than most becasue of the spore-type encapsulation of the bacteria. Now I use a much cheaper probiotic with many more bacteria.
Since trying Threelac I've tried many other approaches: Candex, herbal fungicides, alkalizing, oil pulling, coconut oil, modified diet etc. Nothing did much until... BOWEL CLEANSE! I've finally seen an improvement with the P&B shakes (with Caprylic acid). I think the other approaches kill some candida, but you can't get at the bulk of it in the debris in the intestine without sweeping it out. And let me tall you, what comes out is dramatic! I'm talking unmistakable candida monsters!
