technical help needed, HELP overwhelmed

I'm getting ALL the messages from this forum, overflowing my mailbox and so I don't know who has responded to MY posts. HELP. I think I have everything checked right, I don't have the box checked recieve message everytime someone post to this forum....what have I done wrong. I love curezone, but I'm barely stayi ng together and this is just a straw that I don't need. it's little, and I laughed it off for a couple days, but HELP I'm drowning and losing the info I need. And I'm feeling the stress.....
