Flush 4 Observations

This morning is my fourth liver flush.

did the HC method with two doses of ES last night, the first in apple juice instead of capsules, which is icky, but not hideous. Then I did ½ cup each of oo and grapefruit juice, blended in a blender. I was queasy throughout….and felt belchy after the oo/gfj. This time I laid down on my right side with my knees drawn up to my chest.

Of note: this was the first flush that my plumbing has gone haywire noise wise...grumbling, mumbling...it's like old heat pipes that rumble when the hot air is going through them in an old house/apartment.

First elimination had some dead baby fluke looking things….a few but not many, they were little clear curled things…and it also had one composite stone dark stone covered in bile 1” long and 1/2” wide…then in my second elimination, everything was tan, and there were a few tan stones floating, the most notable of which was wedge, right triangle in form with rounded edges and about ¾” long. I read that these were gallstones, and the brown one was a liver stone. Eliminations thereafter held no stones, but were tan colored and seemed to be pretty much just water.

On this flush, I’m not going to take the third and fourth ES doses, since my body is having a grand time eliminating and doesn’t seem to need the extra assistance clearing itself out.

I’m hoping and praying that I’ve come to a new place in my flushing and that the humaworm protocol that I went through, along with all of the other cleansing and detoxing, including my first three LFs, is allowing my body to get rid of some of the old nasty stuff, cleanse itself and detox.
