When to oil pull AFTER dental surgery (yesterday)

Got left side of my face/teeth worked on yesterday--4 old mercury filings out top and one ROTTEN wisdom tooth pulled. I think it was the 5 or 6 shots--whatever. I bought Aleve on the way home (I rested 2 hours at a friends house). I took activated charchol before, and gagged two more down afterwards, right this moment I am doing a salt water flush (I'm between sittings) and the blackness is incredible but better out than in.

But my left side--check, head, medula, and of course, teeth, gums and "hole" hurt. I've been warned about "dry socket" whatever that is, and to be gentle with the .....clot? on the wisdom tooth hole. But I want this crap out of my body ASAP.

I'm going to go look up detox bath. But what do y'all think about oil swishing? Of course I was doing it off and on before surgery(if that's the right word) and I did put a tiny bit of ut under my tongue this morning. But I don't know if I want to take more Aleve (my ear just ouched) and yet I don't want to feel this crappy (lol) all day.
