i have pulled at all times under all circumstances. it did not particularly bother me, but i could tell that after eating was not so good.
try pulling twice back-to-back in the morning. in fact, check out the post i am about to make. you may decide to pull a lot more.
btw, your metabolism hasnt got much to do with you being hungry. hunger is not a gnawing in the stomach. that is the damage from acid eating. you could fast on water only for thirty days and live to tell about it. in fact, you probably would be healthier than ever.
